Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange if:

• The order has been fulfilled.
• The request is submitted within 14 days of the fulfillment date.
• The order has not exceeded the maximum of 2 return/exchange requests per order.
• The item is eligible for return or exchange.
• Discounted items are eligible for return and exchange.

A return or exchange request will not be accepted if:

• The order has not been fulfilled.
• The request is submitted after the 14-day return window.
• The customer has already used both allowed return/exchange requests for the same order.

Refund Options

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers may choose from the following refund options:

Store Credit / Gift Card (+10%)

• The refund value is issued as store credit or gift card.
• Customers receive an additional 10% gift card bonus.

Shop Now (+15%)

• The refund value is converted into store credit.
• Customers receive an additional 15% incentive.

Refund to Original Payment Method

• Not available for Cash on Delivery orders.

Credit Card Orders

For Credit Card orders, customers may choose from the following refund options:

Refund to Original Payment Method

• The refund is sent back to the original payment method.
• A 50 QAR return processing fee is deducted.

Store Credit / Gift Card (+10%)

• The refund value is issued as store credit or gift card.
• Customers receive an additional 10% gift card bonus.
• No return processing fee is applied.

Shop Now (+15%)

• Customers receive an additional 15% incentive.
• No return processing fee is applied.

Gift Card & Shop Now Incentives

Store Credit / Gift Card

• Any refund issued as store credit or gift card receives a 10% bonus.
• This applies to both Cash on Delivery and Credit Card orders.
• This also applies when the remaining value from an exchange is refunded as store credit or gift card.

Shop Now

• Shop Now refunds receive a 15% incentive.
• Shop Now is available for both Cash on Delivery and Credit Card orders.

Exchange Policy

Customers may exchange:

• The same product for a different size or color.
• A different product.

Exchange Request Limit

• Customers can submit up to 2 return/exchange requests per order.
• The first exchange request does not have an additional exchange fee.
• The second exchange request has an additional fee of 50 QAR.

Price Difference Handling

New Item Costs More

• The customer pays the price difference.

New Item Costs Less

If the replacement item costs less than the original item, the remaining balance may be refunded based on the original payment method.

Credit Card Orders

• Refund to the original payment method.
• Store Credit / Gift Card with a 10% bonus.

Cash on Delivery Orders

• Store Credit / Gift Card with a 10% bonus.
• Refund to the original payment method is not available.
